Our goal is to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

During peak periods, sales, and promotions, dispatch may take up to 48 hours.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive an email with your unique tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours (Monday to Friday) for your tracking number to be sent.

If you have not received your tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder.


DELIVERY

Most orders are authorised for safe drop, meaning a signature is not required. If you are not home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be left in a safe location. Please check your tracking link for proof of delivery, as a photo is usually taken by the carrier.

Please note: DHL Express does not deliver to PO Boxes.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International customers may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon receiving their order. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Ryvelle does not charge or process any customs fees and cannot predict which orders will be subject to these charges.

If an order is unclaimed or the recipient refuses to pay customs duties, the carrier will dispose of the parcel in the destination country. No refund will be issued for unclaimed or refused orders.

We are currently unable to ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Belarus, Brazil, Central African Republic, Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Costa Rica, Faroe Islands, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Guam, Guernsey, Haiti, Iceland, India, Isle of Man, Iraq, Iran, Israel, Jersey, Kuwait, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Libya, Lebanon, Mali, Martinique, Niger, Nigeria, Oman, Palestinian Territories, Puerto Rico, Réunion, Serbia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Turkey, Ukraine, Vietnam, Yemen, Russia.


RETURNED TO SENDER

Any order returned to our warehouse due to failed delivery will automatically receive store credit for the value of the items purchased, excluding original shipping costs. This will allow you to place a new order.

To understand why your order was returned, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. This is most commonly caused by incomplete or incorrect address information.


TRANSIT DELAYS & LOST PARCELS

Ryvelle is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once delivery has been confirmed by tracking. Customs delays are outside of our control and we are not liable for any additional processing time.
