Refund policy

We want you to love your Ryvelle piece. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit for the full value of the returned item(s).
  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate your return.
  • Store credit is issued in USD and does not expire.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be processed within 21 business days.
  • Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Bodysuits, lingerie, and accessories are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
  • High-value items with a damaged or detached security tag will not be accepted.
  • If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Ryvelle is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
  • Any item(s) that do not meet the conditions below will not be eligible for store credit.

CONDITION OF RETURN

Please take care when trying on your pieces. All returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed.
  • With all original tags attached and intact.
  • In their original packaging.
  • Free from perfume, deodorant, or any odour.
  • Free from makeup, stains, or marks of any kind.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.


HOW TO RETURN

To initiate a return, contact us at support@ryvelle.shop with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
